Custom-Tinted Paints
Please be aware that all our paints (except for sample pots) are custom-tinted to your specific order. This means they are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of proven defects or damage upon delivery. Due to the tinting process, slight variations in shade may occur—this is a natural characteristic of the product, and while we strive for colour consistency, we cannot guarantee that different batches or repeat orders will be an exact match.
Colour Matching and Samples
We recommend ordering a sample pot before committing to a full-sized tin, as colours viewed on screen may differ from the actual product. Sample pots are available for you to test in your space before making a larger purchase.
Returning Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please take clear photographs immediately and contact us through the Contact Us page. We offer the choice of an exchange or a refund for any damaged products.
Please Note: Due to the nature of metal paint tins, minor dents or indentations caused during transport are not considered product damage and do not affect the quality of the paint.
We will provide you with a return label via email. If you do not have access to a printer, we can post the labels to you—please allow up to 48 hours for delivery.
When returning items, please ensure they are securely packaged to prevent any further damage during transit.
We strongly recommend taking a photo of how the item is packed before sending it back. Insufficient or improper packaging that results in damage during transit may result in additional costs to the customer.
