We aim to dispatch standard delivery orders the same day if placed before 12pm. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we use DPD Next Day Delivery for efficient service. 

 


 

Paint

 

Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days.

Orders placed on Friday after 12pm will be processed on Monday.

 

Paint & Papers Priority: Next Day Delivery

Order by 1pm for next-day delivery. If it’s delayed, we refund the shipping difference.


Priority isn’t available for wallpapers or wallpaper samples. If your order includes both paint and wallpaper, you can still choose Priority - your paint will ship next day, while wallpaper follows its standard 5-10 day delivery.

 

Colour Cards: 3–5 working days.

*A £2.99 delivery fee applies when ordered alone. If purchased with paint, only the standard £5.99 delivery fee applies.

Wallpaper is dispatched directly from Farrow & Ball’s printing facility in Dorset and sent separately from paint orders via Royal Mail, free of charge.

Delivery times: 7-8 working days.

Complimentary Wallpaper Samples are dispatched directly from Farrow & Ball’s printing facility in Dorset and sent separately from paint orders via Royal Mail, free of charge.
