Enjoy free standard delivery to mainland UK on all orders over £50. For orders below this amount, a delivery fee of £5.99 applies.

We aim to dispatch standard delivery orders the same day if placed before 12pm. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we use DPD Next Day Delivery for efficient service. 

• Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm will be processed on Monday. For orders to Northern Ireland, please allow an additional 2-3 working days. 

• Colour Card Delivery: 3-5 working days
  

You can track your order through your account by clicking on “Orders”. A tracking link will also be sent to you via email or SMS. If you need further assistance, our team is available to help you with tracking via DPD using your order number.

** We do our absolute best to stick to these timelines but they aren’t guaranteed as occasionally circumstances beyond our control can cause delays. Please bear this in mind when arranging appointments for decorators. If your order hasn’t arrived when you expected it to and the courier hasn’t given you an update, do get in touch.
