Delivery
1. Is there a delivery charge?
All paint orders over £50 are delivered free of charge to mainland UK addresses. For orders below this amount, a delivery fee of £5.99 applies.
2. When will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch standard delivery orders the same day if placed before 12pm. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we use DPD Next Day Delivery for efficient service.

Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days. Please allow an additional 2-3 working days for orders to Northern Ireland.
- Colour Card Delivery: 3-5 working days
Please not that while we do our best to ensure your paint arrives on schedule, occasional delays caused by the shipping provider are outside of our control. Read more here.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes, absolutely! You can track your order through your account by clicking on “Orders”. A tracking link will also be sent to you via email or SMS. If you need further assistance, our team is available to help you with tracking via DPD using your order number.
Returns
1. Can I return a tin of paint?
Because all our paints are custom-tinted to order (excluding sample pots and Hi-White), they are non-refundable and non-returnable unless proven to be faulty or damaged upon delivery. We cannot accept returns for changes of mind once the tinting process has begun. Find out more on our Returns & Cancellations page.
2. What should I do if my paint arrives damaged?
If your paint arrives damaged or leaking, please take clear photographic evidence immediately (including a picture of the delivery label with the tracking number) and contact us through our Contact Us page. We offer a replacement or refund depending on the condition on arrival. Please note that minor dents in tins do not affect the paint quality, and returns can only be accepted in the original packaging. Read more here.
Product Information
1. Why do colours look different on my screen?
Colours may appear differently on your screen due to varying resolutions and display settings. We always recommend ordering a sample pot to see the true colour before making your final choice.
2. Are all paint finishes available for every colour?
Not every finish is available for all colours. Some specialist finishes are only available in select shades. Please refer to the product details for availability information.
