Achard 6402

Regular price £140.00

Five historic designs uncovered at Château de Purnon have been reinterpreted by Farrow & Ball to form The Purnon Papers - a collection that captures the grace and grandeur of the French château at its most vibrant. Each pattern has been carefully reimagined in five elegant colourways to suit both traditional and modern interiors. Every roll is crafted by hand using time-honoured printing methods, fine paper, and richly pigmented Farrow & Ball paint.

A highlight of the collection, Achard takes its name from the noble family who built the château - whose legacy inspired many of the designs. The original was discovered in one of the estate’s quieter rooms, the linen press, lending a subtle intimacy to its refined character.

Full roll width is 53cm/21", roll length is 10m, pattern repeat 7.6cm / 3".

For a consistent result, we recommend ordering all the rolls you need in one batch, as traditional printing and real paint can lead to gentle variations between print runs. Unopened rolls can be returned, except for Archive papers.

Farrow & Ball wallpapers are coloured with their own richly pigmented paints, though shades may appear slightly different on paper than on walls. To be certain it’s the right choice, we recommend ordering a free sample before making your final selection.
